In 2012, a new report to the community, Making a Difference in Our Community, was released. The report details concerns regarding the alcohol environment in Bloomington-Normal, programming in place to address the issues and a call-out to everyone in the community for support.
To accompany this report, we have provided the below links. The purpose of this information in regards to state and local laws is to help students and other Bloomington Normal citizens make smart choices and act in a way that will reduce their risks when engaging in alcohol use.
